10. Compensation obtained as a result of an action brought under this division is to be credited to the Green Fund established by section 15.1 of the Act respecting the Ministère du Développement durable, de l’Environnement et des Parcs (chapter M-30.001) to finance water governance measures, including water protection and development measures and measures to ensure there is an adequate quality and quantity of water in a sustainable development perspective.
